I saw your comment on Becky Higgins blog. I'm also from Canada and have ordered from the KOTM site a few times before, I did get through for the 365 kit via the web. We are not considered international.
I know that posting this will probably only make you more angry than you already are, but at least you'll know for next time. If you every want to deal with them again.
